Game Overview

Back 4 Blood plunges you into a post-apocalyptic world overrun by the Ridden, grotesque and terrifying creatures that were once human. Storyline

Years after a catastrophic outbreak, humanity teeters on the brink of extinction. A parasitic worm known as the Devil Worm has transformed a large portion of the population into monstrous Ridden. The remaining survivors, known as Cleaners, band together to reclaim the world and fight back against the relentless horde. The story unfolds through dynamic campaign missions, revealing the origins of the outbreak and the desperate measures taken to combat the Ridden threat.
